A roomy 9′6″ beam cruiser, the Sea Ray 290 offers comfortable accomodation for 2 couples with room to spare. New for ‘06 are cabin skylights to increase natural lighting and a fixed forward berth which converts to an extra couch. We were impressed with the extensive storage both in the cabin and in the cockpit. With a 21 degree deadrise, she’s sure to offer a solid ride through chop and rough seas.
