The Destin Intake offers a simple dive in shallow, clear water. The intake is guarded by a concrete cage which attracks a wide variety of sea life. Average depth is about 16ft.
The site is marked with a buoy (currently about 50m south of the true location and the intake is visible from the surface during clear water conditions.

Zach,
I’ve rechecked these in Google Earth - make sure you input them correctly into your GPS - these are in decimal degrees while most GPS units take input in Degrees Minutes or Degrees Minutes Seconds.
Equivalents in the other systems are:
30° 22.797′N, 86° 29.267′W
and
30°22′47.83″N, 86°29′16.00″W
